
He is board certified since 1995 and has been serving the Pasadena Houston community for 29 years.
Dr. Daccak received his medical degree from Damascus University, completed his residency in internal medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, completed his fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of Mississippi. Also, he served as a house officer in the department of Gastroenterology at Leeds General Infirmary in Leeds England and University of Melbourne in Australia. The spectrum of areas he manages are broad including but not limited to Irritable Bowel Disease, Crohn’s disease and Ulcerative Colitis, GERD, trouble swallowing, irritable bowel syndrome, gallbladder, liver and pancreatic disease. For the past decade has been active in medical research, participating in many different studies targeting new upcoming medications to treat different GI disorders or early detection.
Apart from practicing medicine, he enjoys spending time with family and friends. Other areas of interest include working out, Pilates, biking, and swimming.
